Thank you for shopping with YOUphorias. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (custom-designed, fan merchandise), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a refund is granted.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items:

  • Include your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect product, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office first. If it is still missing, notify us and we will assist you.
