Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. I ship weekly, with most packages dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays. If your order is placed earlier in the week, it will be packed in advance and shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped from Hawaii, USA. Please note that delivery to locations outside of Hawaii—especially to the U.S. mainland—may take slightly longer due to regional transit times.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Hawaii: 2–5 business days

  • Mainland U.S.: 4–10 business days

  • International: 2–4 weeks (varies by destination and customs)

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, I am not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Enjoy free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50.

Tracking Information
All shipments include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. If you notice an error, contact me immediately at khayla.b@youphorias-shop.com. I cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your order as "delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office and neighbors. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to assist.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. Delays due to customs are beyond my control.
